Answer: You must be a US resident and currently residing in the US to be eligible for work as a Sutherland @ Home Associate.
Question: Will I actually be an employee of Sutherland or a sub-contractor?
Answer: Sutherland @ Home associates are direct hire employers and does not currently use sub-contractors.
Question: What types of work are available?
Answer: Sutherland offers a wide variety of opportunities for its offsite staff. Customer Care, Technical Support, Inbound/outbound sales, pre-sales help and others.
Question: What hours are available to work?
Answer: Sutherland @ Home operates 7x24x365, but the hours available vary from client to client.
Question: What do I need to be able to work for Sutherland @ Home?
Answer: You will need a dedicated place in your home in which to work that is free of distractions, a Windows PC that meets our minimum standards, a broadband connection that meets or exceeds the bandwidth requirement and a headset.

Question: How will I get paid?
Answer: Sutherland@Home offers two methods by which their employees can receive their pay. The first option includes Direct Deposit whereby their paycheck is automatically deposited in their specified bank account on biweekly pay days. The second option for Sutherland@Home employees includes the Pay Delivery Service provided by ADP TotalPay. The ADP TotalPay program provides a dependable, safe and very convenient way to receive your pay. You can get your pay through ATM withdrawal, make purchases at stores, and get cash back with those purchases. Additionally employees who choose this option are able to write their own Money Network Checks. The ADP TotalPay program includes an optional pay card which is an on-line PIN-based debit card.
Question: How does training work for Sutherland @ Home?
Answer: All training occurs online via Sutherland @ Home's eLearning system, called Aristotle. Associates log into the system, take classes, ask questions and take assessments all from the comfort of their home.
Question: Is this a temp job?
Answer: No. While short-term engagements sometimes become available, you are hired as a permanent part-time employee of Sutherland @ Home.
